This sweet tea blend was conceived a couple summers back when my dear college roommate and her family came to visit the farm all together for the first time. After putting all to work harvesting some blackberries and laying burlap, we hopped into the apothecary and started getting creative together. There’s something really special about co-creating and also about getting the next generation excited about the plants. 

This blend pulls together a number of herbs that are known to not only be safe for younger folks but also potentially really beneficial. Linden leaf + flower, oatstraw, spearmint, lemon balm, and chamomile all join together for a mellow slightly sweet tasting blend. Added potential benefits include relaxation, digestive ease, and enhanced focus.
