Together we can address what’s working and not working within your current landscape and talk through the plants and design that will best meet your needs. All consultations are influenced by the wisdom of permaculture and intended to help make your spaces as sustainable and useful to you as possible. I put specific priority and emphasis on native, pollinator friendly, and perennials plants in my design work as well as operating with strong ecological principles.

The first step is a complimentary short phone call/email exchange to make sure we are a good fit and you understand the scope of work. Then, your first hour includes a site visit as well as a written recap of what we covered for areas of focus and next steps. Additionally you’ll receive access to my rich “grow your own” resource list pdf.

Subsequent design work, advisement on seed/plant selection and planning of install is hourly and billed via PayPal or QuickBooks.

There is also the option to simply help you site existing plants that you’re not sure where to plant and do some plant ID with you on your property and discuss ideas without a full design. I’ve often referred to this option as “garden empowerment.” Let’s start planning and planting!
